Appeal for Commander.

So I said that the NCR needs new men. But right now, the NCR should do well right now. I think we should hopefully atleast have 4-5 men in the NCR..As for the Legion..Only three. So I appeal to people who haven't made an app yet to try out for Legion. Cause if we are to see large scale battles then we'll need people who don't already have a faction whitelists to apply for Legion. So yeah. I know I'm asking a lot of people to apply for stuff, but ironically I always say that there isn't enough wastelanders, now when we have alot of players on it's quite the opposite where we have like 9 wastelanders and two Legion. So yeah. Hopefully more people will apply (So Commander can stop having a fit cause NCR is getting troops)
